Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Mano what chocolate did you use to get these shavings on the top, can you please share… thanks a lot

Prototype, the red sauce is the regular red sauce we make for pasta. I just didn’t add too much of it and on the top added bechamel sauce and mozarella cheese and baked it.

What i did with the chicken, since i was also making butter hcicken, which calls for boneless chicken to be marinated with lemon juice and shan masala..i used some of that chicken and cooked itseparately..

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Thanks!

Soes the shan butter chicken really come out that well?

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

yes it does, but I warn u...it asks for ALOT of butter. i usually put in much much much less and it still coems out fine

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

And do you always use the pasta sauce instead of tomato paste?

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

no, usually i use pureed tomato sauce but this time around since I forgot to pick up an extra can on my way home, i just fried some chopped tomatoes with the chicken and later added whatever sauce I had.

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Recipe
Make coffee syrup (icing sugar optional) n dip some tea biscuits in it n when they r soft layer them on a dish. Then pour some whipped cream on it. Then layer some canned fruit then biscuits n so on,one layer of wafers in between makes it more tasty. On top cover fully with cream. Decorate with chocolate flakes or glazed cherries.
