Turkish lamb Kabab
Mutton mince ½ kg
Onion 1
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 5 to 6 cloves
Bread crumbs 2 to 3 tbsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Sesame 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/3 tsp
White flour 1 cup
Parsley ½ bunch
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
In a chopper add ½ kg mutton mince, 1 onion, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, 5 to 6 chopped garlic, 2 to 3 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 tsp crushed cumin, 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder, ½ bunch parsley and salt to taste to mix. Now make kabab from mixture and deep fry in hot oil
. Garnish with grilled onions to serve.
