That sounds delish. I don’t want to spoil your fun, but I believe that Chesecake Factory uses gelatin in their cakes! At least their grocery store cheesecakes have gelatin. You might want to ask… I was depressed when I first learned that, too. Sorry! Actually most cheesecakes in grocery stores are made with gelatin. I think only Walmart’s plain cheesecake is halal.
