The last dish!!! I am surprised at how much oil is floating on the sides.
You know I’ve seen that on Masala channel too. They use tooo much oil.
Or is it because of the type of dish/gravy it is that the oil separates. I never see that happening in veg food or atleast in my cooking??? Even if the recipe says it should.
