Recipe for meatballs

1lb ground beef or lamb
1 Onion finally chopped
2 cloves Garlic.Paste or smashed
1 slice of bread
2TBS grated Parmigianino Reggiano
Half egg
Half TSP black pepper
Half TSP Red chili powder
Salt According to taste
One large Original Prego sauce
Half lb mozzarella cheese
Less than half cup of milk

Pour enough milk over the bread to moisten. Combine meat, onion, garlic parmigiano , spices, half egg and soaked bread into a bowel and mix it well. Make sure to squeeze the milk from the bread before adding to the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat a 3-count of oil in the frying pan over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides, about 10 minutes. Put them into a baking dish and spoon about half of the tomato sauce over. Shower with the mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil. Put the meatballs in the oven and bake until the meatballs are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
