Aashiqee sabr talab aur tamanna baitab
Dil ka kya rang karooN khoon-e-jigar honay tak

Hum nay mana keh taghaful na karo gay laikin
Khaak ho jaayeN gay hum tum ko khabar honay tak

My urdu is quite good but unfortunately not philosophically good enough I guess specially after reading this poem.

The 3rd and 4th verse are hm difficult to understand. May be written in urdu language will help.

I guess it’s talking about how a drop of water becomes a jewel and all the hardships it has to manage in the way of becoming a jewel or something.

easy explanation yeh hai kay samandar ki har mouj aik jaal hai aur iss jaal kaa har halqa goya magar-mach kaa halaq hai, aik qatray ko gohar bannay kay liye be-shumaar khatarnaak maraahil say guzarna paRta hai aur koi baRa khush naseeb qatra hi hota hai jo inn maraahil say bach kar sachcha moti ban jaata hai, yaani insaan ko darjaa-e-kamal tak puhanchaney main sakht mushkilaat kaa saamna karna paRta hai. Matlab: dushwaari-e-tarbiat-e-nafs.
