Dont know.
Paper only says about the vending machines.
Another thing mentioned is now there are only 500ml bottles in the vending machines. Cans are now going to be replaced by the bottles.

Yaar taqreeban 4 -5 saal pehle main wahan thii tab bhi 1 dh ka can thaa,ab tau barhne dein zara uske paise

Baaqi batheri cheezon ki keematain barh gayi hain. Is ko to stable rehne do.
