irem you are too temprimental as an employee. I think this is most likely cause it is your first job. these issues can be a normal occurance depending on the field of work and the complexity of the job. Here are a couple of suggestions for you that may help you not only here but later on in life as well:

1) Evaluate if this job is really what you want to do. From the outside it seems like you dont like this line of work and am only doing it cause you need to able to show that you have achieved something by getting your bachelors. If you dont like it, and you bad mouth the job in public you will slowly start showing that same attitude unconciously when you are working. I would suggest you should think about it and if you seriously dont like what the work involves think about doing something else otherwise you would be unhappy, your work would be shoddy and it would reflect badly on you.

2) Mood swings are an important aspect of a persons constitution, however, it is expected that you do not bring your issues to your work with you, paid or unpaid. Since you have offered to do the job you need to be focused on it. It shows rather poorly on you if your boss can read your mood swings (plus it is considered quite unprofessional). It can be seen rather clearly in your email. I would have suggested the use of a different tone.

3) As for issue of plagerism. the concepts in the US and pakistan can be very different. Generally if you use any material that is a direct copy, it needs to be easily identifiable as such. I.e. if you use a quote, make sure its italicized and there a reference to it place where you copied it from. Looking at the ten page document you should then be able to tell how much of the project is italics and how much is not and what this would look like to your/their eventual client if they saw it.

4) look to exeed your bosses expectations and not to underachieve them. She can be nice to you once but if you start using her as a constant way to get away with thing, she is likely to count you more as a burden then a help. An important factor in your ability to grow in your own career.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but I think if you focus a bit on the positives it will really help you achieve a lot more in your career.

hmmm :o

thanks for the advices :D

will keep em in mind :)

Irem,

It would have been a lot better, if you had gotten some work experience in US before coming to Pakistan to apply for a full time job here, lots of students do unpaid work to get references and job experience in order to be able to adjust in the professional world, I think you lack the experience where as you have a good degree.

salams Sadia baji, how r u doing?

i did work in the usa but not a proper full time job…khayr jo ho gya wo to ho gya ab us pe kya sochna  lekin u might be right it would have been beneficial…lekin i did have my own reasons too to come back n alhamdulillah till now dont regret it…thanks for ur advice
