I follow almost all the cricket teams, not just Pakistan, and as the World Cup is upon us, I cannot recall so many teams so uncertain about the players it will take to the cup, We all know the fitness problems Pakistan have, india doesent know wether to go young or old or mix they cant seem to come up with a team, England, well all credit to the after this series win, but besides KP and Freddy and now collingwood, who else can you say is going to the cup from their squad, Australia, well they have just been exposed without symonds, they wanted to have some young opener but the now on-off hayden put some good performances together, NZ have a few injuries and obviously with the recent retirement of nathan astle, windies have the samuels issue other than that i think they know their cup squad. SL and SA pretty much have their squads though!

I think you are over-exaggerating a bit as far as PAK squad for the WC is concerned. Apart from the uncertainty surrounding the dope retesting issue (Akhtar and Asif) and the new injury scare (Akhtar), we all know who will be in the Final XI .
I believe this will be our WC squad (to be announced on 13 Feb. 2007)
