i heard from a friend of mine, that one truly falls in love with people, when
faults are even endearing to you.

so, by that, it means that we have to become comfortable enough with a person, to take them as they are, and then little by little begin to explore the reasons why they are as they are.

Where we are standing when we look at a person interms of "faults" ?

This term "fault" seems a bit simplistic to me, What is a fault in the personality of someone? The answer depends on what he/she wants to achieve. Like a good personality characteristc for the personality of a painter can be a fault if found in the personality of a political leader.

I think relationship, is just a matter of developing good mix, by overlapping part of selfs.
