We should have a women’s forum where we can discuss topics just regarding us women, also this forum should only be open to girls.

And how do you prove to us that you are a woman? I think the idea of Womens forum (not a closed one though) has been discussed many times before, doesnt make sense.
Please define a woman's forum. What kind of topics and why should it be locked for men etc

I bet she wants a sub category in TCR only for women where men cannot enter. If you are going to get gender specific about forums. In my opinion its highly unlikely.
