This debate is only meaningful if this Niqabi speaks the same for Christains and other non muslims living in Saudi Arabia. You cant even sell a non muslim book in a Saudi store.

No need to mix the issues here.

A niqabi does NOT have to speak about anyone but her rights and the country she lives in. Besides, the discussion is not about KSA or selling any book. Even the moderator in video said something like “we are not talking about KSA”.
