A comment I read on a Muslim forum made me think of this and I remembered a post on GS a while bk which went along the lines of ‘wives are not for fantasising about’ (so who is?).. Is being sexy still equated with negativity even within marriage and if so why?

Since the bringing back of Sexy by Mr. Timberlake, I think it is acceptable for wives to appear so. What does that even mean? Is it because the husband might assume she's had prior sexual experience? Wives are not for fantasizing about? Let's say that a wife is super sexy/freaky...would that prevent him from having fleeting fantasies about other women and if so how many would admit to it?

Ok, for those who are wondering what I meant there was a girl on another forum (don't want to link to it in case she minds) who mentioned she had bought some little strappy tops and so on to her SO and he told her it wasn't 'appropriate' to wear at home.. She said she wears hijab and wanted to go home and be able to relax in the sort of clothes she can't wear outside.. He said he would prefer her to wear shalwar khameez at home.. I also remembered that post here on GS which mentioned 'wives are not fantasising over' which made me wonder if many guys do still prefer demure and very modest (in the home) wives?

Reminds me of sex education in primary school. I remember we had to get a slip signed by our parents to partake in the aforementioned subject. I think that was the most awkward moment ever as an 8 year old. :(

Anyway, my older brother signed it. Lol.
