Why partially? May I ask? What is it that you don't agree with?
I feel the governance of the country must be left to the civilians and the armed forces must stay subservient to the civilian polity like in all other developing and developed nations of the world.
umm mister airdance,,, I do agree with you,,,
the only problem is,,, other developing or developed countries have humans living in them,,,
in our case,, its animals,,, so that rule doesnt really apply,,,
first make the public a little more human,, and u might get ur democracy...
