Back to the topic at hand, I am sure Kashmiris, who have been protesting in masse in Indian-held Kashmir, will be heartened by this decision of China. Allthough of course rejection of visas of generals still pales in comparison to China's earlier policy of issuing visas to Kashmiris separate from those issued to Indians!

The Chinese want India to say that Kashmir is to India what Tibet is to China, even though they have been ethnically cleansing Tibetans and their culture off Tibet and India has done nothing of the sort. India has in fact prevented Indians from other states from moving into Kashmir.
The Israelis want India to stop shedding tears for Palestine else they will shed tears for Kashmir. They also want the arab world to shed more tears for kashmir and a little less for Palestine.
