all young crowd please share your thoughts on snickering and being mean.
how do you take it when it happens to you vs. if and when it gets done to others?
the point of this thread is, gaining an insight into a culture of an organization, a group of people, such as OUR GS, where sometimes, cliques get formed.
sometimes, people who were respected and taken as friends, become a mocking joke & so on and so forth.
what is the solution to repairing this error in the culture of such a valuable social space, otherwise?
share your sincere most and honest thoughts on this.
Thoughts on snickering and being mean? It’s a given human nature doesn’t respond to that very well!
Sadly, it feels worse when it happens to you vs. others but people who are self assured and confident (good characters, good upbringing) are also easily disturbed when it happens to others. Snickering and being mean is not cool.
Cliques get formed - very true, and very common here on GS - sometimes it can be intimidating for the new comers and thus damaging to the whole social space. Also, it can turn into cyber bullying, which is again quite damaging and becomes a barrier to healthy socializing.
Solution - be nice. No personal attacks. Respect opinions - if they make more sense than yours. :halo:

PS:Ab agar kissi ki samjh main a gai bat tu good:D that means dushi ki bat meri samjh main aaggai hy. Agar samjh na aay ky main ny kiya kaha hy tu samjhu ky is ki bat meri samjh main nahi aai:hehe:
