I can’t wait to read it.:slight_smile: The Kite Runner is my favorite book - I read it all in 10 hours because I literally couldn’t put it down. He is an amazing writer.

I heard this one is more from a women's perspective unlike his first novel.

okay All, I just read Part 1 of the novel, so far so so..nothing yet that keeping me glued to the book. I have read though that the story picks up in te second part specially that the end is quite dramit.

I recently read an interwiew of Hosseini in Newsweek or Times ( one of the other) Either the interviewer didn't do a good enough job or Mr. Hosseini was not that forthcoming...either way I didn't know the writer any better after the interview.

I will post after I finish reading the book.

I just finhed the book and they were right, starting from Part 2 the book is on fire. Extremely heart wrencing..beautiful writing.

Hands down, Hisseini has done it agin.

"I can't imagine what you are now, if you were a Benz before"

Looking forward to be entertained....I dont dig non fiction, but lets see....

btw it’s on the reading list at my school as of next year, so I think my age group is just about right.

I am on chapter 11 and I can't put it down....i don't want to rush it like I did with Kite runner
