this reminds me of how, back in LUMS, they used to serve this bizarrely addictive concoction called ‘cream tea’, and my friends and i pretty much survived four winters on that stuff. thereafter, extreme nostalgia and inability to access the fount compelled me to try and recreate the thing — it turned out that whipping coffee granules and sugar the usual way and pouring brewed tea (qahwa only) rather than boiling water over it was all it took to reproduce the brew to perfection. mmmm, YUM.
Guys gotta chill .. its not just the mix of tea and coffee , its the cardamom flavour that does the magic .. honestly !
If you are a cardamom lover , you will enjoy this drink for sure. The coffee is only tiny bit, like half tsp. Its basically cardamom tea with a hint of coffee ..
