its really how the media is directed to portray the events. for instance, when 10 people die in the west in an accident or attack they say, 2 women 8 men, one of the woman worked at the post office, the other whatever, and similarly what the men did etc and what their identities were and how bad it is that they were killed in that way.
But when they throw bombs and kill 20 people in waziristan/fata regions for an unknown and unjustifiable reason, they simply plaster all those dead as 'militants/terrorists'. The identities are vanished. They don't say how many innocent children and women died. How many old men or young men died, what were their names, what were their lives. They are farmers, and people doing small jobs, they have an identity.
But whats really painful to see is how they treat them like nothing and when it comes to their own people, their lives have meaning and when they die its sad, but when they kill the people in fata, they're all militants!
Another sad issue is that America and its supporters claim these people are a threat to them...... well...... you are on the other side of the world, they didn't travel to you and attack you. You are sitting on their head killing them instead just because you have a hidden agenda, and otherwise claim they are a threat to you. You are the one who travelled all that way to attack them in their home.
When terrorists cut the throat of someone or blow themselves to kill innocents, those they kill have no names for terrorists but have names and personal identity for country. When government forces (representing whatever government) kills a terrorist, for government, they killed 'an animal' without name or personal identity.
Governments (be that of Pakistan or USA) represent country and people of that country. Governments have duties and responsibilities towards the country and people. When government forces kill terrorists, they have reasons and that is, they consider these terrorists a threat to their country and people.
As for terrorists, they represent themselves and their terror. Their reason to kill others is to create anarchy, mayhem and lawlessness in the country.
No doubt that freedom fighters representing an area can be called terrorists by occupying forces. One knows freedom fighters as they have popular support in the area they represent and are fighting to get independence. A group could also fight government against injustices to them, but for that, they have to spell the injustices and should initially try to sort things out peacefully.
Fact is that NONE of the so-called Jihadies or people who are spreading 'fitna' in Pakistan using word 'Islam' are freedom fighters or fighting against injustices, but they are terrorists in every respect without name, religion or personal identity, who should get killed by government forces like animals. I would not mind if Pakistan government takes help from any outside government to kill these terrorists, neither I would feel sorry for them if any country or force bombs them.
Terrorists in Pakistan want to impose their will (and corrupted Islam) over majority in Pakistan by their terrorism. They think that they can scare Pakistanis to adopt their cult religion and particular way of life, something they want to impose over Pakistan by force and terrorism. These people also want Pakistan to fight their war in Afghanistan where also they want to do same what they want to do in Pakistan (impose their cult religion and way of life over Afghans using force and terrorism).
