I am a little confused about what religious faraiz are compulsory or obligatory on me, knowing the following things.
I live with my parents and dependent on them. I do earn and give 75% of my salary to my parents and keep the remainign 25% out of which i do give a small amount to charity every month. My parents do have some credit card and other loans on themselves that they have to repay. Although, we do have loans and are paying back regularly, we do enjoy the other bounties of life including having the luxuries of cars, our own house etc. (although the house isnt complete and we do use public transportation if need be). Anyway, this was just a brief back ground to my own status. Now i want to know:
-Even though my parents are under debt and i am giving them salary regularly, is Qurbani compulsory for me since i am earning? Do i fall under dependents or since i am earning, whether or not we have small amounts of loan, qurbani is farz on me as a person not as a family for us?
-Is Hajj farz on me because i earn whether or not i can afford it right now?
-Do I have to regularly get my Zakat cut to the specified amount or i get covered under what my parents give to charity?
Zakat should be given under a specific fund that goes to qualified Muslim. General charity, sadqa, khairaat, donation for masjid could be going to anyone so really you have no way of telling who is the recipient. When you give money under the name of zakat, receiving organization makes sure that it goes to qualified people.

Here is my opinion for your questions:
1- Qurbani - If you can offord it, you should do it but if you have a situation to choose between two i.e., either you pay the debt your parenst are under, or do the qurbani, I think you should pay the debt.
2- Hajj- Hajj is farz not because you earn but because
a) you can afford the expenses
b) have good health so that you can bear to travel and do the required things
c) things are favorable for travel to the Mecca
