Do you talk to yourself? like in your head? and sometimes proper talk talk?

I have been wondering lately if everybody does that, or am I somewhat crazy :konfused:

Seriously i talk to myself all the time… i think it’s helped me survive the drama of life this far… :2guns:

I do it all the time particularly when thinking major plans through i’ll sometimes imagine scenarios in my head and tell myself to go for it… i suppose it’s the inner devil.

:silly: “Faris go ahead and jump that wall, it’s only 12 feet you can leap it go on… Use the corner to get a boost then hook an arm over or grab top with both hands and pull yourself over… go man go you can do it you can beat it!!! :asa:”

I talk to myself all the time & thts how i keep my anger to myself instead of letting it out on otehrs (ussually)
