Re: a risk that never pays...
it could be your biological parent's absent love for you, or the love that ideally ought to be present, in your relationship to your lover/spouse
no matter what you give: validation, gratitude, kindness, respect, understanding, a compromise of your own true being, honesty & much more...
YET,
people are a lot more clever than you are... is the lesson sometimes, we learn in life again and again..
any company, any advise?
the sooner we start learing from life, the sooner we become one of these "more clever" people
then it's up to US to use it against others, or not
we shall remember, relationships are not struggle for power, but mutual understanding, care , and pleasure
you think you lost in a relationship only if you give something against your will, otherwise, anything given with open heart is never regreted afterwards.
