What i mean that we would not marry her becouse of passport, there is no prestige issue for us marrying her in US/ Canada.
I would certainly prefer something closer to home, as here she has best of both world.
If she is not suitable to stay in that environment because of health reason, there is no point even for me checking out for suitability.
