The reason i asked this on the forum, she was not sure if suitable to live in that country due to her troubled nose issue, in any case she has to be comfortable before i move forward into this.
It is always our preference to find a Rishta close to home, but as a matter of principle we would never close an option. Another thing since she is working for a Top US Corporation on Asia Pacific role, there is very high chance she could keep her job if settle in any country within the region.
However in case of north america or Europe, she would try to find a position internally but all depend on availability of position.
In any case having IBM/Microsoft or Oracle in the CV would certainly help in finding new job anywhere.
She is still very young, it is right time for us to actively explore, hopefully we would have some good result within a year.
Anyway thanks for valuable suggestions.
