Seriously :D nobody cares in Canada what US think of them. Since they know the way things are done by their neighbours, it can only go worse and worse. There is a strong anti-american sentiment in Canada. Very visible, even if you go out and talk to any white/yellow/brownie/blackie, as soon as they hear Bush's name or word Amercian elections, they will start cursing them.
However, they also have soft corner for Clinton(s) and DEMS in general.

The two clowns in the clip do say things to rile people up, boisterous packaging with absolutely no substance whatsoever, it's the Republican mantra and sadly a great deal of many Americans eat this crap up hence Fox"News" popularity. Republicans (not all but many) tend to gravity towards the big shiny box even if nothing meaningful is inside.
You have to realize that there is a war going on inside the U.S. it's between liberals against hateful and intolerable conservatives such as Ann Coulter and her right wing Philosophies and quite frankly winning the war against these ugly conservatives is just as important as winning the ‘war’ against 'terror'.
While it's a fact that the conservatives are winning over America right now the house of cards they have built up and are showing America I have no doubt will crumble in the next 4 years, in fact it already is. After Dubya's win there were some that said there would now be a "Bush mandate", I can tell you right now, there will be no such thing, this 'internal war' is not going anywhere.
This is the type of arrogance that prmotes the negative US image in the world. But then again FOXnews isnt exactlyknown for its journalistic integrity...in essence a tabloid like the British - Sun. Do you get the truthful news sometimes? yes but there is plenty more contrived fiction.
Chill out and enjoy the show. What you are seeing from these pundits is reactionary.
Most don't really care too much about Canada. If they have any opinion at all, most Americans have a very favorable one.
What people are reacting to is Canadians' sanctimonious tone with regard to America. And they (me too to an extent) are sick and tired of the preaching and criticism from the North.
There was a Molson beer commercial called "Joe's Rant" that summed it up nicely.

"We celebrate diversity"
"blah, blah, blah"
the point is Canada is a microcosm in many ways of what the U.S. is.
Some key differences are:
Huge population disparity
exponentially smaller military responsibility
much less immigration
much less urban poverty (see population/immigration)
Similarities:
Canada's got plenty of rednecks, racists. Like the U.S.
Canada's got a majority of community minded, tolerant people like the U.S.
Similar history with regard to native people.
They have access to and exploit markets trampled over by "U.S. led globalization and hegemony"
Bad things about Canada:
Their oil industry (Talisman oil) propped up and funded the Sudanese govt. during their 20 year civil war (before Darfur). 2,000,000 dead many more refugees.
The biggest price paid ever in any "blood for oil" conflict. Remember that's Canadian
Big Oil.
They sanction the savage killing of 300,000 baby seals.
Where others have stopped, they continue to export deadly asbestos to 3rd world countries-contributing to a "slow genocide" that some say will cost 500,000 lives.
So, you see, it's the treacly drivel that gets taken as fact. That Canada is inhabited only by Dudley Doright and Polly Purebread. It's B.S. And some of us ain't buying it.
I love Canada, but that doesn't mean some of us can't say "shut the f... up you blubber sucking Newfies!" every once in a while.
A little and true story about some Canadians:
I was at the college library studying toward the end of my senior year. Seated at a nearby table were a couple of Candians (hockey players) I knew. One was named Campbell (nickname "Soupy") the other Schneider ("Schneids"-clever huh?).
Here's what I overheard with a little paraphrasing:
Soupy: "Holy fu..!, Schneids, I gotta a f-ing report due tomorrow, and I can't find any
goddamned sh.t on Germany in this f-ing book! Oh f-ing cripes!"
Schneids: "It's gotta be in there. Go ask the librarian. There's gotta be something."
I glanced over to see the book Soupy was referring to for his report on Germany.
He had a volume of the encyclopedia.
It was the "J" volume.

What some of you don't get is that Carlson and Coulter are entertainers as well as commentators. That stuff was pretty funny. Get a sense of humor.
Few of you tolerant, loving liberals probably think Saturday Night Live was out of line for doing a skit about Rush Limbaugh passing out in a pool of vomit from a drug overdose. Very funny stuff huh.

Fallwell's a little different. He's not a political commentator/entertainer. Ann Coulter says extreme things to make a point and rile up people. When Tucker said that all Canadians are too busy dogsledding for us to worry about, he said it tongue in cheek. When Coulter says we should have executed John Walker, I'm sure she believes that as do many others. When she adds that it would be a warning to college liberals that we can kill them too......c'mon UTD....get real. I don't think that John Walker even was a liberal was he? He was an American Taliban. That isn't a liberal.

Well get the hell out of the way, stop being obstructionist, and let the Republican White House, the Republican House and the Republican Senate that the majority of the American people chose to entrust with the task of fixing things do their job. Sometimes, I think your loyal opposition is as bad as the Iraqi insurgency in that your only agenda is to prevent us from fixing things so you can try to empower yourself through failure. Your attitude that you are fighting a war against intolerant conservatives is representative of this mindset.

You know what, I actually agree with most of that. Only, I wouldn't limit it to just anti-US posters in GS. It's like the anti-US crowd all over.
