and these cakes are absolutely yummy...otherwise people won't be paying hundreds of dollars for them :)
they actually use food coloring, marzipan sheets and other edible stuff to mold their cakes. the basic stuff is the same as any other cake. i think these actually might be low cal than the ones with all that frosting :p
