I am returning an item purchased from Amazon.com about a week ago.
Are they going to deduct the shipping charges from the refund even if I pay for the shipping at the local post office?
I am just wondering if I will be charged shipping twice or they would deduct it only if I dun pay the shipping charges here or how does it work??
Re: a quick question about returning an item..
didn't it come with a pre-paid shipping return label?
Re: a quick question about returning an item..
no it didn't and also I threw away the box that it came in so I am not sure if it had something on it or not but I highly doubt it.
Re: a quick question about returning an item..
ok u need to go their Returns Center online and follow directions. I think they do refund shipping in select cases.. i.e. when it’s their mistake in shipping the wrong item.. anyway they have all the details in their Help page online
