u need ms paint or coral painter if u want to make a detailed one cause it has variety of colours and brushes.then u draw with mouse or pressure senstive pad of your laptop.its better if u have a tablet pc.

i use laptops pressure pad.works like a tablet but its your finger instead of pen.u can make one with mouse too but it slow.sure u can draw
