The North American Law DOES agree with me. And besides, the internet is not american domain anymore. its worldwide, hence the name WWW.
And FYI, there is no, absolutely no material that is prohibited from being published on the internet. Individual servers may prohibit certain types of articles or websites, but that does not mean those sites are disallowed on the WWW. If a certain server does not allow KKK to put up a webpage, KKK can always host it from their own server, and noone can stop them from that.
And with pornography all over the internet, why doesnt the North American Law prohibit those websites? Instead, why does the law encourage the use of Net nanny, cybernanny and other such softwares? Why is it the user's responsibility rather than that of the website? Because it is. You are responsible for what you type in your browser, not the website.

Quran when talks about ‘Jannah’ or ‘Dozakh’ its not something which is of a wordly kind but of a spiritual nature.
To my understanding, if it will be all spiritual then spirit does not have “mass” or “matter”, so this mean that we will not have the worldly human needs, only spiritual ones.
Indeed the “Hoors” will be spiritual nature, and whenever it is used in Quran its without the mention of gender. This is a very wrong concept that they will be only for men or that women will get only their husbands. If someone claims that then he should show some proof! Please.
I think the concept of Hoors being female is a fabricated one from the medieval days of Islam. Blessed Women & Men both will get Hoors.
How many??? Funny question … we all want more don’t we!!! I guess we should all worry about getting to Janat first before thinking all this… right?

Psychoanalytically these people have some neurochemical changes in the brain which make them attracted to same sex regardless of whatever they try to be attracted to opposite sex and it is well documented in medical science and medical literature.
This is analogous to a crime committed by a mentally retarded person which is not considered a crime since he has no control over it.

The same applies to rapists.. so U think that they R not sinners either? The males have XYY chromosomes who commit rape.. & such males have a tendency for rage.. fights.. so, most "soldiers" commit gang rapes during wars.. as they have the tendency.
