if the rule for custom avatar is :

The same rules for avatars will be used as before. Please only apply when you have a minimum 1,000 posts, and the avatar should not be more than 50x50 pixels. Heavy animation will also not be approved.

  1. The timing also matters. If you have been here for a certain time, you can still get one, by contacting Mr. Custom. Some people have 10K posts in a year and some people can't even have 1K after 3 years. Each case is handled differently.
