My friend ‘G’ asked me a question. What should he do if his child is having stomach pain and child’s mother not in home? The stomach pain is due to some un-digest food. Moreover he told me that in his case he know after vomiting, the stomach pain will be over, but in case of child what should he do before visiting the hospital.

does he have any other symptoms?
such as diarrhoea/vomiting.....and which part of the stomach is the pain in....right/left.....upper or lower stomach?
how long has he had the pain....has he already tried anything for it.....does he have any other medical conditions?

No. The child had pomegrante fruit. After having it, the stomach pain started. This is b'coz his stomach couldn't digest the furit. When he vomited, the fruit came out as it is.
And he was fine with in 2 - 3 hours.

I think next time dad should not wait for the kid to vomit. Vomiiting is not the cure of a problem, its a symptom. He should not take risk with a 7 years old kid's health and should take him to the doctor asap if it happens again.

TLK Bhai! i agree and I said the same. But he know that the pain is due to the fruit. Same if a child hav low fever then u give him either syrup or tables of panadol.
