Re: A question to all book lovers
i keep the ones which i really like and read them over and over again.
some indeed are remarkable pieces
but give away the ones which do not capture my mind

Re: A question to all book lovers
I don’t buy books, unless needed for uni. I usually borrow the books I read from a library and return them. The textbooks bought for uni get sold after the semester is over. With that being said, I don’t reread books.
The only collection of books I have are a couple of Qurans and a book my kindergarten teacher made for me. << These I will reread over and over, inshaAllah for the rest of my life. And yearbooks, you know the ones issued by school with the everyone’s pictures? I have a collection from kindergarten till 8th grade. Thinking of asking around my circle of high school friends if they don’t want their’s so I can add 'em to my collection.
Does anyone write journals/diaries? Do you keep them?
Re: A question to all book lovers
I’ve always borrowed books from the library, and if there’s a particular book I really liked, then I’ll re-borrow it. Apart from that, buying books can be quite costly, especially the new arrivals, and you don’t know if you’re going to enjoy it, or even re-read it. It’s only now that I’ve begun to buy books, which I know I’ll re-read in the future (such as Jane Eyre, and the Harry Potter series). I’d love to just hoard books, and let them gather on my shelves (even if they do gather dust), but it’s too costly with the number of books I currently want ![]()

Nowadays I don’t buy books, unless I know I will want to reread them. I get most of my books from the library and keep note of the ones I’d like to buy one day.
