How good is a mile on treadmill done in 20 mins where you are only burning 110 calories? Btw that’s in addition to another workout.

That is about average for most people it equals a speed of 3 miles per hour, you should aim for a speed of 4 miles per hour or a mile in 15 minutes, that will burn more calories and also make you sweat if you can go 2 miles atleast.

Buring 110 calories in 20 mins means that you are not running you are just walking a bit fast. It all depends on your aim. If your aim is to just burn some calories then its fine. If your aim is to reduce some inches off your waist then I afraid this is a wrong choice. If you aim is to get slimmer then again its not an ideal choice. There are tonnes of other exersices available which can burn twice or even thrice the amount of calories in 20 mins.

. extremely well warming up activity
