Pakistani guys are great because I can at least speak Urdu with them and it's nice to have so many things in common. Some are immature but well that's every race. :)

hmmm…interesting question-i’d like to start off with I don’t date, but i do have good guy friends-and they are mostly gora. My girlfriends and I always discuss similar topics. First of all, my acquaintances with Pakistani boys lie mostly with family friends who I only see at functions. plus, these same boys seem scared to talk to us in the first place even though they have known us for a looong time since our parents are friends. I don’t know if its just the boys we have encountered or what. Another, reason i am with american boys is because i grew up with them, i went to school with them, saw some of them almost everyday for years and years. Its easier to have a platonic friendship with them. A lot of desi boys think if you talk to them or smile at them, you are looking for something more. heres an example thats a little more extreme than others but I have a desi/muslim girlfriend here at school who just wanted someone to show her to the musjid-the only person she knew to ask was a seemingly desi/muslim boy on her floor who said he knew where it was. The next day, she waited and waited-she missed Jumma, he never showed. He told her friend it was b/c he couldn’t be tied down to one girl. What:confused: Poor girl, she just wanted to know where the musjid was at! Another thing is when a girl is seen talking. having fun with a desi boy-oh it spreads fast. I think overall the biggest factor is though, that the guys i see, am around, or know are goras-i don’t have anything against desi boys tho-i plan to marry one!
My 2 cents on this topic is as follows:
Firstly, I have seen it both ways--Pakistani guys with non-Pakistani girls and Pakistani girls with non-Pakistani guys, here in the US. I agree that Pakistani guys do tend to stare alot which I find to be quite rude. I mean, staring at a girl is thought to be a compliment in places like Italy and Spain, etc. but this is USA! These guys need to take some chill pills! :D
Ideally, in my opinion, regardless of whether we were raised here or not, at the end of the day we must honor our own religion and culture. It is very important. Not to say that if a Pakistani person falls in love with a non-Paistani it is wrong. All I'm saying is that Pakistanis need to give other Pakistanis a chance. Not all Pakistani guys and girls are alike. I can say that because hey, I'm the perfect example. I can be so Americanized sometimes, it'll blow your mind but I also keep my Pakistani culture and religion quite sacred. It's all in outlook. Each individual should be judged seperately and not as part of a group such as groups that consist of ALL Pakistani guys and ALL Pakistani girls. That's just not fair because you lose out on a lot of the good ones in between! ;)
