A question for all the vendors

Do you have a regular customer(s)/client(s) whose order you always tend to mess up unintentionally ofcourse? I mean I have two such clients with whom I either forget something they insisted upon or there is some problem with colour shade or the order doesn’t reach in time due to customs or I forget to pack up a dupatta or pants or something everytime they place an order :smack:

I feel so irritated that Aisay aur kisi kay sath nahin hota siwaye un becharioan kay :frowning:
Can anyone relate to it or is it some bad spell?

Re: A question for all the vendors

No replies? Does that mean it happens to me only or is it only me who’s admitting it? :bummer:

Re: A question for all the vendors

It happens to me all the time.
There are always certain customers that I think are "cursed". No matter how hard I try to make things good/rigth for them, there is always something that will go wrong.

Re: A question for all the vendors

it happens esp when ur tailor falls sick and theres not a single thing you can do about it :) heheheh

Re: A question for all the vendors

lol yeah ...not only some time but some time a lot coz of tailors and some clients too.......:)

Re: A question for all the vendors

my experience is not related to client’s fault at all though..it is something that make sthe tailor forget a major instruction for ONE particular client everytime, or me forgetting something important related to the order or the courier company messing up the address :bummer:

Re: A question for all the vendors

yes almost these problem occurs on our side too but the thing which bothers me is that very less of a client understands these situations...some time the clients are not serious about buying and later on pops up that we wanted that one....:( thennn big mess ending up u didnt hold it we were serious like that.

Re: A question for all the vendors

I have lovely clients and cant recall any such situation except once. touchwood

Re: A question for all the vendors

yes its never ur fault we try to make every thing to there extent but taiolrs fault is considered ur fault coz how can u say that tailor has done wrong when its all ur responsibilty.Clients will always ask u if there outfit gets any mishap.....:(

Re: A question for all the vendors

normally, i will give a free little gift to clients, to make they feel better, and then we make the fault up together

Re: A question for all the vendors

bribing? :D

Re: A question for all the vendors

i think i am one of those customer with whome there is always something wrong with order. but i am very grateful that angelwings and meshal boutique on fb were exceptionally generous to me and they corrected my complaints immediatley without further payment. when i used tailor in pakistan they always messed up and NEVER fixed the mess they made. i got another order today and suit has something missing in it....may be something on daman....needed something extra to finish it. sigh .

Re: A question for all the vendors

no experience

Re: A question for all the vendors

Aramis,

I can't find Meshal Boutique on FB. Will you please share the link, thanks.
