random question
if some1 is placed in the microwave (head) and the microwave turned on
will their head explode (also note the door is opened) 
apperantly i watched a movie and this guy places this other guy’s head in them microwave oven and his head explodes

No microwave works with the door open, old or new. You can exaggerate and glorify things in movies but in real life it does not work that way.

naa the door has to be shut.
head will explode, because microwaves only heats up water molecules, so coz out head it full of water will explode.
but the funny thing is that in america they say on the to keep pets away. this is because, a stupid woman put her wet poodle in the microwave to dry it. it therefore exploded. and she sued the company for not telling her. this is tru story
i know if u put metal into the microwave u will see sparks and will eventually explode,

Well chicken is an animal and people cook whole chicken in convection oven/microwaves so the answer is yes.

Microwaves can work with the door open. All you need to do it to press that safety button that the door presses when you shut the door.
Head explosion .. I am not sure about it ...

TLK mamo my microwave does not have any safety button. It just does not work without the door being fully shut.

well that safety button is not visible .. but that is the whole philosophy behind dish washers, laundry machines, microwaves .. the button is either hidden around the hinge area or the whole where latch of the door enters the slot on the frame

Well even if it is hidden or not, why would a normal person feel the need to use a microwave with the door open. I don't really need to know the technicalities behind how a microwave works :p

micros dun turn on until door is shut.. n yes it will explode n guts n brains will chipking around the microwave walls n tht plastic window also in the fan of microwave.....red meat/brain with blood dripping colour red but whites from brain and purple blue from viens
