Someone who speaks in a low voice, someone who understand that men often needs a personal space & that dosent mean they dont love them any more, someone who always try to see both sides of a picture before making a decission, someone who atleast try to understand, someone with explorer nature, someone who has a ability to understand the logics, uffff list goes on

I would look for a girl who is presentable and nice. Education, beauty, other house-hold qualities don't matter much. A girl whom i feel proud of. Whom i dont feel shy when meeting with new people.
I'll simply ask her out. If she truely loves me, and I love her, we will have enough trust worthy relationship that going out is not a big deal.
I will want to be with her. I will like to know more about her. Mostly, I would simply want to keep her happy by every mean possible.

Pretty secretary is just a secretary, wife is wife. Being presentable is one thing I would strongly like. Love, feelings, emotions, understanding, communication, etc. these come with time by themselves.
You are saying this just for the sake of an argument. If you marry a girl who is the 'house-keeping' sort of girl, what is the difference between a wife and a kaam-wali-massi then?

You, on the other hand, have to be beautiful. I also want someone who is tall (57 or taller). I prefer blonde hair and blue eyes, but as long as you are hot, Im flexible on the rest. I would hope that you are intellingent, employed or studying to be, not uptight, and somewhat religious. One of the most important characteristics is unselfishness, but that would be inherent in anyone who is even considering to contact me(I know my standards are too high for what Im offereing in return). As far as my physical requirements, that stems from my own insecurities, otherwise, Im pretty normal. I also like accents: French, Latin, Southern, English(in that order). 
i don't know about u guys, but to be serious. i like a lot of girls, for real i am not one of those guys which just stay back. i usually just go to them and just talk to them. i know they are not going to eat me. yes i said i like them, not in the way u think, just they way they look. so i think it is really easy for me to talk to girls :)

I'm looking for the following qualities, in the following order of priority, beginning with the most important.
- Religious
- Intelligent and well-educated, batchelor's degree in a a subject that I respect (science, engineering, economics/management, IT)
- Good career
- Shares my interests
Points 1 and 2 are the most important.... 3 and 4 are desirable options.
My two cents, if I may:
If I liked a guy, I’d make “shy” eye-contact to get his attention and then wait for him to approach me…I may not be extremely traditional in other areas but when it comes to male/female relationships, it needs to be quite traditional for me to make it cute.
i already have an ideal guy so i might as well add his qualities:
- Practices religion (but not very strict)
- Well educated - engineering/buisness
- Very artistic like me so we respect each other in that aspect.
- Sensitive, caring and understanding
