Most probably wrong. If Mr. Khan was characterless person why he forgave him? Why did he not put him in jail and lodged an FIR against him for proliferation of nuclear assets and getting millions in return?

I advise you look up Zia ul Haqs history as a general, you will see he did far worse against fellow Muslims than against any kaffirs. 
I agree Mushy is Ghaddar but A.Q Khan is not… Even if he did not invent the A bomb he was instrumental in its preservation and expansion of the program at Khota plant.

I agree it is unfair. Full justice will mean all of them suffer. But in the process do you want Pakistan to be confirmed as rogue state where even the government institutions resort of proliferation? That would set your country back a lot
