After having observed various guppies on gupshup, there is one particular guppy whose behavior I find to be of interest. Let me provide some of my assessment of your behavior as means of providing some psychiatric help.
Based upon your behavior, it appears that you have suffered significant at least emotional abuse during your childhood. Someone close to you in a parental role was extremely critical of you that led you to have a low self esteem. You compensate for that by being overtly critical of others as means to feel better about yourself. In an attempt to look better, you manipulate others even by lying if necessary. This makes you feel worse about yourself; however, you are unable to change that as it is an ingrained habit to deal with your surroundings. Envy is a strong component of such a personality. Again, envious feelings make you feel bad about yourself; however, you are unable to control them.
You appear to be an intelligent and high-functioning individual. My recommedation to you would be that you would highly benefit from one on one psychotherapy with a therapist who can explore your personality characteristics with you and help you feel better about yourself and help you learn better ways to cope with your surroundings and be at peace with yourself.
