Whatever the reason he doesn’t want to remain in contact. Its not cool to beg him for why why answers now because he is simply not interested…its best to move on and find someone better. He’ll be doing the same after all.

option 1 does look logical
option 2 does look right i mean that cant just happen in a week or two.
option 3 he was concentrating on studies when he was here in pakistan too.
