…please. He’s my middle son, the serious guy. He has to have a much feared blood test on Thurs (he doesnt actually know that he goes on thursday tho)…and I’m kind of worried about it…its for an enlarged lymph node in his neck, not quite the size of a walnut but almost…and its been there for quite some time without getting smaller. There are all kinds of things that could be causing it but some of the reasons are really scary (no, I didnt tell him and he doesnt know how worried I am…he’s worried enough about having to go for the blood test and really doesnt need any extra worries).
a prayer for him this week would be very muchly appreciated.
Oh boy, what a toughie May Allah make it all easy for him, and Inshallah the test results shall put you at rest. Hoping its nothing serious. Will say a prayer for him during the week. Stay strong, God does not test beyond our limits.
THANK YOU all so very much for your prayers and good wishes!! Binky was a superstar this evening!! He fussed a bit but got thru the test with no tears! :) I am SO very proud of him!! I gave him his Kasey Kahne Nascar jacket and he is JUST so happy.
The doc did the CBC in office and that came back fine. Still we need to wait for the rest of the results - they're testing for general infecton, toxoplasmosis (cause I asked for this) and cancer but since he has no symptoms of cancer other than the swollen node I am trying not to worry too much...should have all results by tues...
will keep you posted ... but once again, thank you all so very much for keeping my little guy in your thoughts and prayers. It surely helped him.
