Re: A plot in Islamabad Zone v with a very reputable society; Very soon
Bahria Town - initially i thought it was some project by the Navy but then it turned out to be non-Navy project on the name of Navy, if i am right, Navy did issued a weak denial of about one and half line stating that they have nothing to do with this project ( or something like that)…
My father wanted to buy property in Bahria town, so i went there, it was a treat to watch… nice apartment like villas, state-of-art Mosque, Malls and things like that… then i called a friend of mine to ask about the land value and legal status of Bahria town… to which he said… don’t invest/buy anything there… ( it was mushy’s “Golden Period”) i was bit surprised, people were all lined up for hours to get registered… and this guy was telling me to not to do anything…
well i didn’t and i am glad I didn’t…
Buying Real-Estate in Pakistan is equal to getting looted… don’t go for it… unless one is going to get settle in that property… no point in renting/leasing either…
@ Pasha - I have yet to see a property developer who do not have GOOD reputation… everyone have excellent repute… but if not all, then most of them are corrupt and got no respect for the buyer, i.e., have ill-intentions to begin with…
