What world have you guys been living in. there was a legal battle between navy and Bahria Town owner, Bharia Town’s owner was very powerful at that time and won. He even once encroached upon a retired general’s property.

I am sorry, but it was not the courts but lure of money that made the navy top brass to let private individuals exploit the ‘Bahria’ word.
