Kal sham say this is what i was feeling … newly added fat over my skin all over my body,… bloated… warm blooded … chunky … hehehe kinda ssluggish too .. i m 33 yrs old mom of 2 … and i weight 118lbs… have a fast metabolism ..so my visit to my mom and her feedings non stop and bhai’s treats for his promotion and all the love i think i had gained .. i have nothing against ppl who r 160 or more lbs .. i happen to love my SIL who is cutely a lil over weight .. if u r happy with it thats good .. but htis is what i was feeling .. like i had a layer of fatt on top of my skin.. i could sense it .. and i felt sluggish…so this morning … i made tea without sugar and milk..just kehwa and added half a juicy lime in it … yes fresh lemom juice … that i took with me to my drive to work.. just sipped it aaway with making funny faces … after abt 4 hrs of when i had that .. my pants feel loose .. i dont wear a belt today damit … its true … no lies … and then i got some bottled water and just sipping it everytime i think abt having breakfast or a bagel with creamcheese … so water and u guys reding posts and stuff , again not much workk to doo… so here we go guys and gals ,.. lemon tea nihar moo a lil warm no sugar pls .. will help u cleanse ur skin .. lose weight and u ll feel more energetic … ![]()

That wont work for me Ms Hin. I'm 5 feet 6 inches and 115 lbs. I LOVE to eat, have 3 active boys and eat when I can but have been losing weight slowly but steadily over the past year as my youngest gets more active. I think its more having healthy eating habits and eating healthy foods that will give you more energy. When I just snack on the run with junk foods I can get feeling pretty useless but when I eat good foods, veggies etc and take my vitamin, I'm ok. I guess I'll be less tired in a couple of decades when the boys are in college.

You need to eat. It's silly to think that your body doesn't need nutrients. Just eat good foods and exercise. Do some cardio as well as some weights. It takes effort to be healthy. I don't believe that there is any magic ingredient that can do it for you.

The warm tea would only help relieve gas from your stomach which in most cases causes the bloated feeling and we feel sluggish and fat.

not just reduces bloating lemon act as enzymes in the body. I tried using the lemon squeezed in water before breakfast and it works well. also try it in green tea instead of sugar

does anybody know if green tea is ok to have if you are breastfeeding...and what about lemon in water before brekkie is that ok whilst breastfeedin?

it truely works wonders on me .. i cant believe it wont for anyone .. all other things aside this is just a simple quick remedy not a life style u kno... weekkb4 u have a wedding and stuff ...

green tea has caffeine. they have non-caffeinated green tea maybe you can try that.
