Okay guys here we go with the details of the Last Dubai Meet held on 17th May 2006, which was basically arranged in the honor of our visiting friend SABY Bhai…
Participants were:
· SABY (Guest of Honor)
· Mal1k
· Sharaabi
· NaKhan
· Mr_Sameer1
· Lone Ranger
Aceones! was tied up with his job, fixing things for Dubai Police and Juni^Boy was not feeling well… We all missed both of them.
The meeting time was set for 8:30 pm and as usual, NAKhan was the first one to arrive on time (actually he arrived before time) and gave me a call. I picked him up as well as Sharaabi and we went for Isha’a prayers. By the time we return from prayers, Mr_Sameer1 was also waiting at the meeting point. We then called Mal1k who was heading to pick Saby’s from his hotel… We decided the venue DAILY Restaurant in Karama and asked Mal1k to meet us there. There was enough time so we decided to have some :chai: before we headed towards the restaurant in Karama.
Soon after we reached to the restaurant, we saw Mal1k and Saby heading towards us. It was the first time for all of us to meet Saby in person… I told Sameer to make a little joke with Saby and we swapped our Nicks… I met Saby as Mr. Sameer and Sameer met him as Lone Ranger. After settling down in our seats in the restaurant, I cleared our nicks and told SABY that I am the Lone Ranger and Sameer is Sameer. There I started taking Saby’s class :smash: for not giving me a call after his arrival (he only called me once on the 2nd day of his arrival). Saby explained the reason for not calling me again… I knew that Saby was in KSA and he knew that I was there too, so we started talking about Al-Khobar (KSA) while the others were trying to select the food to order (especially Malik & Sharaabi).
Finally food was selected and ordered:
· Maghaz Nehari (Brain Nehari)
· Plain Nehari
· Gola Kabab
· Bihari Kabab
· Chiken Biryani
It was all :yummy: delicious and we all enjoyed the food. From the picture below you’ll can see how hungry our dear Mal1k was as he was unable to move his sight from the KABAB’s (Us ski Nazrain Gola Kabab aur Behari Kabab par say hutt hi nahi rahin theen) :smack: He was damn hungry…. Shayed uss din Mal1k nay Lunch bhi nahi kiya hoga…
