Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

It's just disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Why have the Quran in your home when this is the dirty garbage work you've been planning???

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

misguided folks...those who think they are doing a religious duty by killing innocent people. Muslims all over the world must come out on the street to condemn these terrorists and to show their solidarity with other human beings. these ain't even humans, to say the least.

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

We have no confirmation that it was religiously motivated. It's still a speculation

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

Somebody just explain this idiot(me) why the most important premises i.e. residence of two **TERRORISTS **was handed over to media to storm in right after two days of tragedy??

Wut other precedented examples are there in similar terrorism or mass killing cases?

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

reports say, police N FBI were done with their searches and handed the house over to the landlord. it was no more a crime scene because all the material of interest were removed from the location. the investigation was complete at that apartment.

it was the landlord who invited the media to have a peek into the killers' home before he started readying the apartment for rental. he may have made a bad judgement but it was his property and he had all the rights to do whatever he wanted to do with his rental unit.

Re: a peek into the mass shooter’s home

Ok genius, lets do a lil recap shall we?

  1. After one day of tragic shooting at Planned parenthood office, we hear about news of the shooting at Cali and many deaths.
  2. A robust protest erupted on media and social media against NRA and the gun control demands rose high with first couple of hours.
  3. The first response of NRA was to wait for the findings. All the rest of the politicians sent their “thoughts and prayers” to victims.
  4. Few hours later we found out that it was a muslim guy. A lil later it was found that there was a wife as well and both killers were ambushed and killed. Motives unknown. Police raided their house but very cautious using robots etc.
  5. Police announced that they found a ton of ammunition including some pipes which were being used to make explosives. One official on TV actually used the words " a explosive factory".
  6. So the shooters are now the terrorists and then there were links with IS so its a global terrorism now.
  7. Next day they handed over that “factory” to the landlord and leave it to him whether to demolish that, party in that, make a football field or sale to any nuts etc.
  8. Next we know that there is a media rampage at the house.
  9. For several hours media kept on relaying live videos of the couple’s belongings, mostly highlighting all the religious stuff like Quran, tasbeeh, jaa-namaz etc.
  10. The sadness turns into anger and the shock turns into hatred. Anti-muslim rhetorics took over entire country. Infact the hashtag #Islamistheproblem](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=Islamistheproblem) was reigning on twitter.
    And the story goes on..
So who did that live media storm help most?
Or did anyone want to let media possess that place in order to seal the deal. :5:

And I repeat my next question, what is the other example in which the center place of a terrorism case investigation or even a mass shootout case is handed over to public so quickly?

It doesnt take any sherlock holmes to ask these unanswered questions but yes people who dont think much might have bought it but many havent.

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

man!

every case is different. FBI is not gonna sit on someone's property for an extended period of time...once they are done with the evidence collection, it's done and they have to hand it over to the rightful owner. now, it's up to the owner what he does with the property. he chose to invite local media to have a peek into the killers' apartment. it was purely his prerogative. you and i or anyone else got no say and we should keep our noses out. right sir? :)

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

LOL look who is asking to keep our nose out!! The person who opened the thread with videos of the media rampage..
how cute :)

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

hai na cute? ;) chalo bhaiye, jehii saii. :p

Re: a peek into the mass shooter’s home

Do you buy everything government sells? In case of terrorist they become guilty until proven innocent whereas as soon as govt doles out statements they become ingrained truth never to be disproved.

This is height of incompetence and probably a propaganda to let people go in and say ‘oh we were already done with property’. You can’t have a “terrorist” property let loose in just 2 days.

Interesting:
Active shooter training took place in the massacre-room last year… this year it was also being conducted in some other place in LA at same time.

Re: a peek into the mass shooter's home

^ well, Captain, i do NOT subscribe to 'conspiracy theories'...the facts speak for themselves. they were terrorists with or without any outside links/support. they were also ISIS supporters who signed allegiance on their FB accounts. Farooq's own father has admitted that his son was radicalised and that he had sympathies for ISIS.
