following is a great interview of Azhar Mehmood’s. never heard the man speak before. but he comes across as a very sensible, dignified chap… who would have thought a man capable of so much violence with the bat would be such a thoughtful guy…
when he was dropped, his bowling was not considered up to scratch… and a faster Razzaq was on the horizon. but what boggles my mind is that this man was dropped. and Afridi who is a bonafide jackass/relokatta is still playing…
a couple of highlights:

the second half of the first part is a must watch for Pak fans who need to learn a lesson in patience. he’s out of the team and is obviously unhappy about it… but he still insists that regardless of who the captain is, he has to be given time. every player deserves to be given an extended run… a must watch… for impatient Pak fans.
