Buy a one day travel card (the underground) and just get off at any stop in central. You could spend the whole day walking around these places, their all quite near each other.

and yes as M suggested get a day/weekend travel card and you can use it on Tube and buses…

Indeed. Sight seeing and photography can be done in a day. For places like Alton Towers, Madame Tussaude, boat ride on Thames, London eye, sheesha or shopping etc you need some serious time.
