I donated 3 pao blood some two months ago thus reduced my weight by 1 Kg :smooth:

But jam main ne socha ke mainey itna acha kaam kia hai tu mera 2 sair khoon barh gaya

So net weight gain 1 kg :smack:

Is tarha mera wazan kam honey ke bajaye barh gaya :frowning:

Whenever i feel that i should reduce my weight I try to donate blood :jhanda:
