I am from NWFP. I don't really like what the moulvi's are trying to implement. But I believe they have the right to implement it. After all they aint imposing anything by force. They got the majority in the province, which means they are liked by more people in my province than any other political party. I don't like this fact either. But I do accept it.
Denying them the right to make and implement laws would not at all by democratic. Let them go ahead with it. After all we have tried everybody else.

I also oppose this bill! But as the majority is saying ok to it over there! Others should accept it if they believe in democracy!

The Supreme Court of Pakistan is there to ensure checks and balances on the what elected assemblies pass as legislation, and whether it is against the constitution or not.
